Note: We will be updating our background checks this year. Please include all information necessary to have a background check completed if you have not received one within the last 3 years. A recent background check through another organization may be presented for approval.

You can also fill out your apps digitally by using free online software like PDF Filler and email them to [email protected].
(We do not recommend filling out the Staff Application online if you are needing to provide your Social Security Number for a background check.
A background check from another entity that is within 3 years would suffice.)
