Secrets

This message invites us to wrestle with one of life's most persistent questions: Why? Drawing from Daniel chapter 2 and the profound truth of Deuteronomy 29:29, we're reminded that while God has secrets that belong to Him alone, He has also revealed everything we truly need to know for our salvation and spiritual journey. The sermon explores how biblical figures like Job, Joseph, and the Israelites in the wilderness faced their own 'why' moments—times when God's plan seemed unclear or even painful. Yet what emerges is a beautiful truth: God has revealed His mercy, His grace, His law, and most importantly, the way to reconciliation through Christ's sacrifice on Calvary. We're challenged to shift our perspective from demanding answers to trusting the One who holds all answers. The message reminds us that some mysteries—like why God allowed sin, or the specifics of heaven's glory—remain veiled not because God is withholding, but because we don't need those answers to live faithfully for Him. Instead of stagnating in our 'whys,' we're called to ask 'what's next?'—a question that demonstrates trust rather than doubt. This reframing transforms our trials from stumbling blocks into opportunities to glorify God, reflect His image, and build testimonies that can minister to others facing similar struggles.
